• MEET THE FACILITATORS

Suzanna and Cherith share a deep belief that we are all one. They also acknowledge that we sometimes forget this fundamental truth.

They trust that in the right environment, surrounded by supportive people, we can rediscover our interconnectedness.

Their role at Spirit Springs Retreat is to hold space for transformation, providing a safe and nurturing setting where participants can explore, grow, heal, re-member and unlock their own innate wisdom and rekindle a deep love for self, others and the divine.

  • Christy Cherith

SOUL & BREATH COACH, MINISTER OF NATURE’S CHURCH

Cherith is a soul coach, trauma release facilitator and certified breath worker. She has worked in front-line and leadership roles with vulnerable sectors including suicide prevention and counter human trafficking.

Today she is a minister and trustee of Nature’s Church, a multi-faith spiritual community dedicated to our loving spiritual evolution. She recognizes that we have been learning through pain and suffering, and sometimes continue to make this choice for ourselves. She both acknowledges and honors this learning process AND her vision is that as we continue to awaken and grow spiritually, we begin to create from and learn through joy instead. Like enthusiastic children at play imagining and allowing what we truly desire, loving connection with God, to be manifest in our lives.

Her methodology is rooted in a foundational belief that we are all teachers and students to one another. Her approach is to help others discover the answers within, honoring divine timing, their innate wisdom and exploring if growth and transformation can be fostered through joyful revelation, compassion for self and others and play. .
