Yoga Nidra For Women

Join Tulseeđź”» Roze Wellness at Nature’s Church for pre-recorded yoga nidra practices created by women, for women.

Each practice will range from 20 to 45 minutes. There will be space to enjoy tea and integrate after. Feel free to arrive for set-up as early as 7:15.

What is Yoga Nidra?

The Yoga Nidra Network defines the practice as, “an effortless and nourishing yoga practice that involves no physical movement, simply resting and listening. It is an adaptive, meditative state of being that anyone can access to find healing, nourishment, and liberation.”

Good to know before arriving:

Wear super comfortable, cozy clothes.

Layers like socks and a sweater are a good idea to bring with you as the body temperature tends to drop during the practice of yoga nidra.

Yoga mats will be provided, you are also welcome to bring your own.

Bring any pillow, blankets, and props that support complete ease in your body. This is a reclined and restorative practice most often done in savasana (corpse pose). A limited number of cozy blankets are available for use in the sacred yurt.

Tea will be served and reusable cups are available, but feel free to bring your own!

There will be an altar in the center of our circle. Feel free to bring a personal item or flowers to contribute if you feel called đź’ś

This is a FREE community event hosted by Tulsee đź”»Roze Wellness.

As always, donations to Nature’s Church are welcome.
