Fire and Ice Spirit Spa vibrates for two hours with the primordial sound of the universe - a deep OM while giving members an opportunity to be with the elements. There is no speaking throughout the entirety of the session from the moment members enter the spa. Members are asked to remain in absolute silence unless they are chanting Om/Aum.
