Present Moment Circle

Present Moment Circle is a lightly facilitated, emergent practice of exploring the present moment in connection with others. The practice often looks like a mindful conversation that stays primarily about the present moment… what feelings, thoughts, sensations, or energies am I experiencing? How does what other participants say, do, or experience impact my moment?

Present Moment Circle has roots in “Circling” (as emerged in the Bay Area in the mid 90’s) as well as various modalities of mindful communication. This is a confidential space where we take ownership for our experience, and refrain from attempting to fix or change others. Any participation is emergent and voluntary.

Present Moment Circle is an open group with a maximum size of 6 participants in each meeting. Requested donation: $15-$25 per session as you feel. To reserve and pay at door use coupon code “DOOR”. Check in with Ko if the contribution is an obstacle to participation.

Arrive anytime after 6pm to be social or get settled in and ready to start at 6:30pm. The container is sealed at 6:35pm.

Testimonials

Present Moment Circle is amazing- I attended an in person circle with Ko regularly for a year. I had no experience when I came in and I was surprised how nourishing and supportive this weekly experience was for me. It deepened my sense of community, offered opportunity to grow in my relational skills (with clear tools I still use today), and deepened my presence and connection with myself. Most importantly it helped me hear others more deeply and improve connection in my relationships. I am forever grateful for this practice and would highly recommend Ko’s wise yet gentle approach as a facilitator.
