To embrace wholeness can stimulate vulnerability, grief and,  also, glorious power.  Exploring may shape-shift; it might be easy, playful or awkward; it could require courage, make much noise, or need extra quiet…

In private sessions (which I love to facilitate) I’m present to support going as deeply into transformative territory as a client desires.

In shared space, we add layers of care for the whole; our interrelatedness is fully evident, and we’re encouraged to return again and again to the here-now-present-within us.  This practice becomes an internalized permission to love ourselves with care and attention beyond what many of us have been nurtured by or taught.

In this intentionally held to be safe-space, we have great potential for discovery, renewal, insight, freedom and tremendous love. This will be an ongoing offering!
