This men’s sharing circle is a dedicated space for men to come together in authenticity, presence, and mutual respect led by Billy Heart. We gather to slow down, drop beneath the noise of everyday life, and reconnect with ourselves and one another.

Billy will share ceremonial cacao — a heart-opening, grounding plant ally — to support clarity, connection, and honest expression. From there, we move into a facilitated sharing circle where each man is invited to speak and be heard, without interruption, fixing, or judgment.

This is a space to:

• Be seen and heard as you are

• Share openly from lived experience

• Listen deeply and witness others

• Build trust, brotherhood, and community

• Release what no longer serves and reconnect with purpose

No prior experience with sharing circles or cacao is required. You are welcome whether you come with something heavy on your heart or simply a desire to connect.

Confidentiality, respect, and presence are core to this circle. You are invited to show up fully — with honesty, humility, and courage — and to leave feeling more grounded, connected, and supported.
